2ND Machine Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 2ND Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2ND Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2ND Machine Operator

Location: Braselton, GA

Pay Range: $18 -$20

Shift: 2nd 2pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety days of employment.
• Consistently meet production requirements to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify unsafe or defective products and take corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment at all times.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures and use all safety features and equipment.
