Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision aluminum components serving the automotive industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift - Machine Operator to join their team. As a 3rd Shift - Machine Operator, you will be part of production operations supporting manufacturing goals. The ideal candidate will have reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift - Machine Operator

Location: Ludington, MI

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production machinery to keep work flowing smoothly
• Load and unload materials into machines and support efficient production runs
• Perform general production and manufacturing duties as assigned
• Assemble and handle manufactured components with care and consistency
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, complete basic quality checks and documentation, and follow production specifications and safety procedures

What's Needed?

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail to support quality and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety; previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
