3rd Shift Production Associate

Our client, a leading in the metal finishing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 3rd Shift Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting one of the various departments such as anodizing, masking, de-masking, inspecting, and shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Associate

Location: Lynwood, CA

Pay Range: $18-24/hr.

Shift: 10:30pm - 6am +OT - M-F plus 2 saturdays a month)

What's the Job?

• Perform either anodizing, masking, de-masking, inspecting, and shipping and receiving tasks as assigned
• Ensure quality standards are met through careful inspection and handling of products
• Other duties as assigned

What's Needed?

• Must be ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required
