We’re Hiring Assembly Operator II | Richmond, VA
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift Monday through Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) | $19.00/hr.
- 2nd Shift Monday through Friday (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) | $23.00/hr.
Position Summary
We are seeking detail oriented and dependable Assembly Operator II team members to support manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast paced production environment. This role involves assembling products using engineering documents, performing quality inspections, maintaining production records, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble products following engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform quality inspections and testing
- Use computers to review schedules and update production status
- Complete production paperwork and required documentation
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering documents
- Basic computer skills
Important Information
- New hires must attend a 2 day New Employee Orientation beginning at 7:50 AM before reporting to their assigned shift.
