Assembler and Machine Operator

Manpower is partnering with a leading client in Columbia, MO to hire Production Assemblers and Machine Operators for newly created roles. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that rewards your hard work, we want to hear from you.

Available Shifts & Pay:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11pm to 7am
• $19.88 - $21.56/hour
• Overtime: Potential for additional hours
• Pay Increases: Scheduled bump every 6 months for the first 2 years

• Load raw materials or parts into production machines
• Remove finished products from machines
• Package and label completed items
• Perform large-scale assembly tasks
• Accurately record production results on required forms

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Ability to interpret product drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
