Assembler

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Line Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Medical Device Assembly Department supporting the Medical Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, teamwork skills and strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Washington, NC

Pay Range: $14.50/hr

What’s the Job?

• Assemble and package medical devices according to manufacturing instructions and operating procedures.
• Inspect medical device components and completed assemblies for defects and quality standards.
• Operate assembly equipment and perform various production line functions. 
• Support team operations by cross-training and assisting in multiple assembly positions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment while meeting production goals.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing specifications and operating instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
