Assembler 

Windsor, CT 
 Pay: $18.41/hr 
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 
Optional Overtime Available 
 Safety Shoes Required 

What's the Job? 

  • Assemble signs, components, and products according to specifications and production standards. 

  • Use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, rivet machines, crimping tools, pliers, nut runners, and other assembly equipment. 

  • Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and production paperwork. 

  • Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and identify defective materials or components. 

  • Move parts and materials from storage areas to assembly workstations. 

What's Needed? 

  • High School Diploma or GED. 

  • At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. 

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
