Assembly Electrical Team Lead

Our client, industry leader in manufacturing and HVAC solutions, is seeking an Assembly Electrical Team Lead to join their team. As an Assembly Electrical Team Lead, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Electrical Team Lead

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $48000 - $52000

Shift: 2nd shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm

What's the Job?

• Lead and support daily assembly line operations to ensure production goals are met.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold quality standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).
• Use manual and power tools to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.
• Ability to work on the assembly line, troubleshoot and train others to do the same. Hands on work

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
