Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Rockford, TN
Pay Range:$19
Shift: 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday-Thursday
What's the Job?
- Perform semi-complex work within the area of specialization, supporting manufacturing processes.
- Apply documented rules, past practices, or instructions on a semi-independent level.
- Assist in resolving routine manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.
- Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to resolve them, especially in straightforward situations.
- Utilize advanced skills such as soldering, testing, and rework to ensure product quality.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 4-8 years of successful experience in manufacturing or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of a specialty area relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Specialized skill training or certification may be required.
- Proficiency in stocking, stock control, semi-conductor assembly, packing, and industrial packing.
