Our client, a manufacturing leader in the plastics industry, is seeking a Assembly Operator to join their team. As a Assembly Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Mission, TX

Pay Range: $10.82 and up

Shift: 3 Shifts: 6AM to 2PM, 2PM to 10PM, 10PM to 6AM

What's the Job?

  • Assemble injection molded components accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
  • Complete assigned production activities according to established work instructions and procedures.
  • Perform visual inspections on in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Verify product quality using gauges, fixtures, measuring devices, and other inspection tools when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area utilizing 5S principles.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, injection molding, or light industrial experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, quality standards, and production documentation.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools, inspection equipment, and assembly devices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
