Assistant Conversion Operator 3rd Shift

Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Assistant Conversion Operator to join their team. As a Assistant Conversion Operator  you will be part of the production team supporting line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to troubleshoot and improve performance—aligning successfully with the organization’s production goals.

Job Title: Assistant Conversion Operator 

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $20.75

Shift: 11PM-7AM

What's the Job?

• Aid the lead Operator in optimizing the machinery and troubleshooting to support stable production
• Maintain quality by continually adjusting gauges that control machine speed
• Complete preventive maintenance to help keep equipment running reliably
• Perform general housekeeping of the area to support a clean, safe workspace
• Follow the Sealed Air Safety Program closely while wearing required PPE and assisting with line operations

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE consistently
• Comfort working in a production environment with ongoing quality checks
• Willingness to assist the lead Operator with troubleshooting and equipment adjustments
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for gauge and speed-related adjustments
• Reliability and readiness to complete preventive maintenance and other assigned duties
