CNC Programer

Manpower is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC machining programs for precision manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Mastercam software to create efficient machining strategies, improve cycle times, and support production requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards

Job Title: CNC Programmer 

Location: Auburn Hills

Pay Range: $30.00to $40.00/HR

What’s the Job?

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
• Develop tool paths, select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, making adjustments as necessary to improve productivity and quality.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Mastercam software.
• Strong understanding of CNC milling and turning operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC machine setup, tooling selection, and troubleshooting.
