CNC Punch/Laser

Our client is seeking a CNC Punch/Laser to join their team. As a CNC Punch/Laser, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to produce quality parts consistently—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Punch/Laser

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00/hourly

Shift: 1st & 2nd

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC punch and/or laser equipment to produce metal parts according to work instructions and job specifications.
• Set up jobs by loading programs, selecting tooling, and preparing the machine for accurate production runs.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet quality requirements and dimensional standards.
• Perform routine checks during production, including verifying measurements and addressing issues to keep output on track.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.

What's Needed?

• Experience operating CNC punch and/or laser equipment, or strong hands-on training in CNC setup and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret job instructions, drawings, and/or production documentation to produce accurate parts.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset to reduce errors and rework.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and following safety rules consistently.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement on the production floor.
