Pay Rate: $21-$35/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Assignment Length: Long-term temporary with possible temp-to-hire opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, team-oriented company where your experience and attention to detail make a direct impact. This position pays $21-$35/hr DOE and is long-term with potential for temp-to-hire placement.

Typical daily duties:

  • Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce carbide cutting tools
  • Set up machines, monitor production runs, and adjust parameters as needed
  • Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
  • Maintain production and quality records
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

What we're looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3+ years of experience operating and programming CNC grinding machines
  • Strong knowledge of tool grinding principles and machining techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments for quality control
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
