Conversion Machine Operator

Our client, a company who is the largest manufacturer of vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their team on multiple shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing and packaging processes. 

Job Title: Machine Operator 

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay Range: $21

Multiple Shifts Available To Choose From:

Shift 1B: Tuesday through Saturday (Sun/Mon off): 7:00am to 3:30pm
Shift 2B: Tuesday through Saturday (Sun/Mon off): 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Shift 3B:Tuesday through Saturday (Sun/Mon off): 11:00pm to 7:30am

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to package roll material from the winder according to work order instructions.
• Load and unload rolls safely, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
• Prepare samples of finished products and print/label materials for customer shipments.
• Perform machine set-ups following standard procedures and work order plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing, production, machine operation, or packaging environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow work orders, production instructions, and drawings.
• Experience performing machine setups, adjustments, and equipment checks.
• Ability to package finished roll products according to customer and work order specifications.
• Ability to prepare customer samples and apply accurate product labels and documentation.
• Ability to monitor product quality and identify production issues during the manufacturing process.
