Deburr Grinding and Sanding

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Deburr Grinding and Sanding to join their team. As a Deburr Grinding and Sanding, you will be part of the Production team supporting ongoing quality and rework reduction efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a team-first mindset that aligns successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Deburr Grinding and Sanding

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu)

What's the Job?

• Log into a job using the data collection system.
• Review the job requirements and count parts to be worked on.
• Grind and deburr parts per the Work/Operation (W/OP).
• Perform first article checks and ensure sign-off by QC.
• Self-inspect parts throughout the run to maintain quality, then log out and move the job to the next operation.

What's Needed?

• Basic reading skills to follow work instructions and documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, including grinders.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player.
• General education.
