Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Equipment Operator to join their team. As a Equipment Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Equipment Operator
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range: $18 day shift $19.26 night shift
Shift: 12-hour rotating shift
What's the Job?
- Operate simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently
- Interpret and respond to machine faults to ensure continuous operation
- Perform basic setup and adjustments of machines, fixtures, and stations
- Ensure medical devices are assembled with high quality standards
- Complete production records, perform inspections, and package finished products
What's Needed?
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand procedures and work instructions
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform visual inspections and lift objects up to 20 lbs
