If you're an experienced welder who enjoys challenging fabrication work, this opportunity offers more than repetitive production welding.

We're hiring skilled Fabrication Welders for a respected local manufacturer where you'll work on custom fabrication projects, read and interpret detailed blueprints, and use the full range of your welding and fabrication skills including MIG, TIG, and Flux-Core welding.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Set up, fit, weld, grind, and finish fabricated components
• Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding
• Weld carbon steel and other metals in multiple positions
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean work area

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of fabrication welding experience
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding processes
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a practical weld test
