Our client, manufacturing facility is seeking a Foam Assembler to join their team. As a Foam Assembler, you will be part of production operations supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Foam Assembler
Location: Goshen, IN
Pay Range: $16.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Spray glue/adhesive onto foam components according to production specifications
- Assemble foam pieces and finished products to meet required accuracy and quality standards
- Inspect products for quality and correctness before moving to the next step
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to keep workflow on track
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
- Good work history and a dependable attendance record
- Ability to pass a tape measure test
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
