General Assembler

About the role: 
You'll support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices in a clean production environment. Daily responsibilities include assembling products, inspecting parts for quality and defects, operating production equipment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), using microscopes and measurement tools when needed, completing documentation, and ensuring products meet strict quality and safety requirements.  

Schedule & Pay: 
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 
• Rotating Schedule: 3 Days On → 2 Days Off → 2 Days On → 3 Days Off 
• Weekends Included 
• $15.50/hour  

What's Needed? 

• High School Diploma or GED required 

• Manufacturing, assembly, production, packaging, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects 

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English 

• Basic computer and math skills 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs  

• Ability to pass a required eye exam and color vision test
