Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: Competitive Weekly Pay

As a Production Laborer - Brick Manufacturing, you'll play an important role in the manufacturing process by mixing materials, pressing brick, and preparing products for distribution. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team.

2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Unload brick and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Mix materials according to production requirements.
  • Operate and assist with brick pressing processes.
  • Move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency.
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Assist with other production and labor duties as assigned.


3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials safely.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Nice-to-Have
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • General labor or construction experience.
  • Material handling experience.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Experience working in a production environment.
