Job Title: Machine Operator-Hardware Installer

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Pay Range: $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production equipment and related machinery to support daily workflow.
• Install, set up, and verify hardware components according to established instructions and job requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality, and report issues or irregularities to the appropriate team member.
• Support continuous improvement by staying consistent with standard work and communicating clearly during handoffs.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including work instructions, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Comfort working in a hands-on environment where attention to detail and safe practices are essential.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn hardware installation processes.
• Strong reliability and the ability to show up prepared, focused, and ready to complete assigned tasks.
• Clear communication skills to coordinate with teammates and escalate concerns when needed.
