Industrial and Touch Up Painters

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated Industrial Painters and Touch Up Painters to join their team. As a Painter, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of production concepts, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Painters and Touch Up Painters

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $18 - $20 (BOE)

Shift:  1st Shift 7a - 3p
           2nd Shift 3p - 11p
           3rd Shift 11p to 7a

What's the Job?

• Perform touch-up or industrial painting on industrial equipment and surfaces
• Utilize measuring tools and painting equipment to ensure precise application and quality standards
• Follow blueprints and schematics to accurately complete painting tasks
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial painting or related fields
• Proficiency with measuring tools and understanding of electrical schematics
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
