Industrial Welder

Welder Fabricator

Pay: $21-$26/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Join a growing manufacturing team that specializes in custom metal fabrication and welded products. We're looking for experienced welders who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work from blueprints to finished product.

What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Lay out, fit, cut, measure, and fabricate metal parts
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Complete repairs and modifications as needed
• Prepare metal surfaces for finishing and painting processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong measuring, math, and mechanical skills
• Experience using fabrication tools and welding equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
