What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor industrial boiler systems to ensure safe, reliable production
• Conduct equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs
• Replace belts, valves, and other components as needed
• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders
• Maintain safe, clean work areas
• Support plant operations by responding to changing priorities and operational needs

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to safety and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical work in an industrial environment
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Previous industrial, maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical, heavy equipment, boiler, or utility experience is a plus
