Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Watch - Laborer - Duncansville to join their team. As a Watch - Laborer - Duncansville, you will be part of the Safety and Operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attentive observation skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Watch - Laborer - Duncansville
Location: Duncansville, PA
Pay Range: $18 + $2 differential
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (must arrive by 2:45 PM)
What's the Job?
- Monitor and observe ongoing work to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
- Listen and watch for any irregularities or safety concerns during the shift
- Call emergency services (911) in case of an emergency
- Support other locations as needed, including transfers to Altoona or other facilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in a climate-controlled setting
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to pass a 7-panel urine drug screen
- Successful background check (7-year history, no violent or sexual offenses)
- Reliable transportation to the Duncansville location
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for training or other shifts as needed
