Lead Press Brake Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Lead CNC Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Lead Press Brake Operator, you will be an integral part of the Production Department, supporting the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Must have some CNC programming experience
• Lead the safe and efficient operation of CNC press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Set up, program, and operate press brake machinery to produce parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Create and maintain detailed job documentation, machine programs, tooling requirements, and setup instructions.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
• Inspect parts, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and quality.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
