Machine Operator 1

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1, you will be part of the Fabrication Department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 1

Location: Warwick, RI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 6am-2pm

What's the Job?

• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, shears, brakes, punch presses, and drill presses.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and precision.
• Inspect parts and make basic adjustments to machinery as needed.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read work instructions and blueprints effectively.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Team-player mindset to support collaborative work.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
