Machine Operator 12 hour

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator  Feeder positions to join their team. As a Feeder Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing operation supporting production needs across the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to follow processes consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator  Feeder 

Location: Joplin MO

Pay Range: $17 +

Shift:   Rotation 12 hour shifts  7a-7p and 7p-7a  These shift do include weekend twice a month.

What's the Job?

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment to support full line production.
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools.
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals.

What's Needed?

• 2–3 years proven and consistent work background.
• Consistent and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
• Ability to work Rotation 12 hours shift environment and be available for additional days Ability to perform repetitive motions, involving lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
  
  • Prior full line manufacturing experience and is preferred
