Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Littleton, NH

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and equipment in the powder area to assist with manufacturing processes
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions
• Perform quality checks and identify product defects to ensure standards are met
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the work area
• Record production data accurately and report safety hazards or issues promptly

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices such as tape measures
• Basic math and reading skills
• Experience operating manufacturing machines preferred
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use safety equipment properly
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
