Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $23+

Shift: 5th Shift (6 pm - 6 am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions
• Record production data accurately, including good parts and scrap
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret tape measures and measuring devices
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to follow directions and use hand tools
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and perform repetitive tasks
