Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.55

Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

What's the Job?

• Perform routine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect in-process parts to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Assist with root-cause analysis activities for process or product issues.
• Document all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance activities accurately.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and operate independently within established procedures.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, analyzing charts, following diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic.
