Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient operation of assembly machines and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Salisbury, CT

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 3rd Shift - Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am OR 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Load, start up, and operate manual, semi-automated, or basic automated assembly machines
• Inspect parts, complete required documentation, and report issues to supervisors
• Use measuring devices as needed to ensure quality standards
• Assemble parts according to job instructions and training
• Maintain lot control system and secure materials for assembly

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years warehousing experience 
• Reliable transportation 
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
• Willingness to learn multiple machines and rotate as needed
• Good communcation 
• Attention to safety and adherence to policies and procedures
