Machine Operator

Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow work instructions consistently—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: $17.25/hr

Shift: Evenings (M-F, 3:00pm-11:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently during the assigned shift.
• Follow standard work instructions and operating procedures to maintain consistent output.
• Monitor machine performance during operation and respond to issues according to established guidelines.
• Perform routine checks and basic adjustments as needed to support smooth production.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support safe operations throughout the shift.

What's Needed?

• Machine operator experience.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday on the evening shift (3:00pm-11:30pm).
• Comfort following detailed instructions and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail to support quality and safe machine operation.
• Reliability and readiness to perform assigned tasks consistently throughout the shift.
