Machine Operator

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and a focus on quality and continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18-25

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient operation across assigned shifts.
• Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements to meet production goals.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running properly.
• Load materials, set up machine parameters as directed, and verify output against established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and document production activity as required.

What's Needed?

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, operating equipment or supporting machine-based workflows required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and quality expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, accurate work.
• Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced production setting.
