Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator 

Location: Eustis, FL

Pay:  $20-22 / hour

NIght Shift: Monday - Thursday  7:00pm to 7:00am 
+ OT Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Adjust machine settings such as temperature, airflow, and other parameters to achieve optimal results.
• Perform product quality inspections and record test results using a touchscreen quality management system.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Load, fill, and manually transport raw material containers and finished product bags while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve process issues promptly.
• Operate a forklift and hoist as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year previous experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior forklift experience preferred but not required
