What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment
• Accurately complete production paperwork, monitoring logs, and reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production and performance goals

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience required
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift
• No travel required
