Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators (CNC, Press Brake, Saw, Nails, Plasma) to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department, supporting various production lines and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC machines, press brakes, saws, plasma cutters, and nail guns to produce precision components.
• Utilize measuring tools and blueprints to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine machine setup, maintenance, and inspections to maintain optimal performance.
• Assist with grinding, finishing work, and carpentry tasks as needed to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with measuring tools, machine setup, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate hand tools safely and effectively.
• Steady work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks as required.
