MO II Stainless 2nd Shift

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking a MO II Stainless 2nd Shift to join their team. As a MO II Stainless 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Operations / Manufacturing / Materials / Administration department supporting production and workplace activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: MO II Stainless 2nd Shift

Location: Marinette, WI

Pay Range: $22.66

Shift: 2nd Shift (Hours from 3:15 pm to 1:45 am)

What's the Job?

• Perform general labor and assembly tasks, including component assembly and material handling
• Assist materials operations by labeling shelving, gathering box data, and supporting PFEP initiatives
• Support production activities such as printing, laminating, conducting basic time studies, and continuous improvement efforts
• Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks using systems like SAP
• Provide operational support to supervisors and value stream managers, ensuring safety and organization

What's Needed?

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, technical program, or college (preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
• Basic computer skills; data entry experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions
