Molding/Production Operator - 2nd shift

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Molding/Production Operator - 2nd shift to join their team. As a Molding/Production Operator - 2nd shift, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, the ability to follow written work instructions, and the focus to maintain quality while working at a production station.

Job Title: Molding/Production Operator - 2nd shift

Location: Scottsburg, IN

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour

Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Monitor product coming off the machines to ensure correct output and consistent quality.
• Check for defects and pack finished items according to written directions and station examples.
• Use the visual examples at each station to identify correct product versus defective product.
• Perform light trimming of excess fragments as needed to meet packing and quality requirements.
• Count and pack properly to match required quantities and instructions.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of relevant production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform quality checks with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with press operations, assembly industrial processes, or production stations (Quality Center, press operations, assembly).
• Comfort with plastic injection molding press environments and off-loading parts safely and accurately.
• High School/GED diploma required.
