🔍 Job Title: NDT LEVEL II (XRAY, FPI)

🕒 Schedule:

Training: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for 8–10 weeks
Regular Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
💵 Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr (💡 higher for certified FPI candidates)

🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven NDT Level I Technician to support our quality team. This role focuses on performing Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and X-Ray testing to ensure product quality and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

✅ Perform FPI and X-Ray inspections on parts and components
✅ Follow and maintain process control procedures
✅ Document and report results accurately
✅ Identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔍 Strong attention to detail
🤲 Good hand dexterity
🧠 Ability to follow instructions and processes
🗣️ Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
🌑 Comfortable working in a darkroom environment
🚶 Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
🔄 Must be able to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

⚙️ Experience in manufacturing or inspection
🔬 Knowledge of material defects or NDT methods
✈️ Exposure to aerospace or automotive components
📜 FPI certification (Level I) — higher pay available
