Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead onsite inventory, warehouse, and spare parts operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team.

Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay range: $100,000-$105,000
What You'll Do
• Oversee daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop an onsite operations team.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Serve as the main customer contact for operational performance and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of operations, warehouse, logistics, or site management experience.
• Strong inventory control and ERP/WMS system knowledge.
• Proven leadership and customer-facing experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
