Packer/Production - 1st shift

Entry level production worker -Pay rate ranges $17 to $20/hr. day and night shifts available.  You will be working  machines making plastic bags.  12 hour shifts
8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am (night is $2 shift differential)
Shift is two days on, two day off, three days on, two days off.  Every other weekend they have off
Increases in pay rate our determined by their level of productivity, not the time they have been working there.

Goal is to learn various machine to make more on your hourly pay rate:
The Converting Technician sets up and runs our converting equipment, including printing presses, slitters and
bag machines, to turn film into finished printed rolls and bags that match the customer's approved artwork and
specifications. The technician protects product safety and quality by following Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP), verifying every job against its approved proof, catching print defects early, keeping non-conforming
product out of shipments and keeping accurate production records.
The Extrusion Technician runs our blown film extrusion lines from startup through shutdown and keeps film
within specification for gauge, width, clarity and strength. The technician makes sure every roll meets our
food-safety and quality standards. That means following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), checking
material traceability, recording accurate production data and keeping the work area clean and organized
