Part-Time Bilingual Counter Service Representative

Our client, is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Counter Service Representative to join their team. . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part-Time Bilingual Counter Service Representative
Location: Mines Road, Laredo, TX
Pay Range: $7.25/hr

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers and mechanics at the service counter.
  • Receive and accurately process mechanic orders.
  • Communicate orders and requests to the equipment handling team.
  • Maintain records and provide updates on customer requests.
  • Support daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

What's Needed?

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
