Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Press Cell Production to join their team. As a Press Cell Production, you will be part of the Extrusion department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Cell Production

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $20+/hour 

Shift: C Shift: Thursday: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM, Friday - Sunday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

D Shift: Friday: 12:30 AM - 6:30 AM, Friday: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision and strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the department to support team success
• Ensure the department has the necessary tools and resources for efficient operations
• Provide leadership and support to extrusion department team members
• Apply continuous improvement techniques to optimize department processes

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment using 5S principles
