Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing and production team supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Dickson, TN
Pay Range: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday

What’s the Job?

• Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and report defects or issues.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
