Production Associate

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range:  18.38

Shift: First shift — 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards
• Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products
• Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow
• Rotate between operations within work cells and departments as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate work records and communicate process issues promptly

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Some building or hands-on experience preferred
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, good attitude, and ability to follow directions
