PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is currently hiring Production Associates to join their team!

In this role, you will support the manufacturing process by helping ensure the efficient production of quality automotive products. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in their work, and are committed to contributing to a safe and successful operation.

Job Title: Assembly - Production & QA Associates
Location: Piedmont, SC
Temp to Perm Opportunity!

Shift / Pay - OT Required!
1st Shift: 7am - 3:15pm @ $17.00 per hr
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:15pm @ $17.50 per hr

What's the Job?  Assembler - Production

  • Load and unload automotive stampings from production lines and manufacturing cells.
  • Operate manual and robotic equipment to perform welding, adhesive application, and other production processes.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Package finished parts and load materials into containers for storage and shipment.
  • Tag, label, and track parts while maintaining accurate production documentation.
  • Assist with equipment changeovers and production line adjustments while following safety and quality procedures.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to LIFT up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership with any issues that arise on the line
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and follow work instructions accurately.
  • Good housekeeping practices and adherence to plant safety rules.
