Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Operations supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $21.85

Shift: Night Shift (Sun-Thu, 10:45pm - 7:15am)

What's the Job?

• Utilize various hand and power tools to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and troubleshoot computer systems related to production processes.
• Identify issues during assembly and find effective solutions to maintain workflow.
• Ensure precise measurements and perform tasks with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills to follow instructions and report issues.
• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for daily work schedule.
• Flexibility to work in different assembly areas as needed.
