Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, solid reading/comprehension skills, and dependable problem-solving to help ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality production.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: New Hope, MN

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Obtain the correct documentation for the batch and ensure the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area.
  • Set up and start production machinery by checking controls for adherence to operating and safety procedures.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of any issues, problems, or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Safely and neatly process materials by packaging and/or skidding material to the correct size/container according to customer specifications.
  • Complete and maintain required paperwork and perform all required machine cleaning while following safety and work rules.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED completed.
  • Manufacturing/Industrial Operations experience (1 year) and cross-functional problem-solving techniques (1 year).
  • Manufacturing/Maintenance experience with a Fork Lift Operators License completed.
  • Intermediate manual dexterity, intermediate quantitative skills, and intermediate reading/comprehension skills.
  • Intermediate conflict resolution skills and the ability to follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
